Exempted Member Plan
Kindly submit a formal letter via email addressed to the FICA President and Council. The letter should include the following details: your years of membership (e.g., since 1984), age, involvement in any other business activities, and retirement information.
The Council may, on the application by a member, reduce or waive the annual subscription fee payable for such member if he or she —
- is not less than 60 years of age and has been a member of the Institute or of an association of accountants recognised by the Institute for not less than 30 years; and
- has retired from practice and other business activities.
