Membership fees, event registrations, and certifications are non-refundable once processed. Refund requests within 14 days may be considered case-by-case.

Eligibility

• Valid only for subscriptions, events, or certifications.
• Proof of payment required.
• No refunds for late payments, digital access, or CPE records.

Process
Email info@fica.org.fj with details. Approved refunds process in 5-15 working days to original payment method.
